Wilmot Farmers Market 2027 Vendor Information

NB: Applications for the 2026 Market have now closed.  


Applicants must complete an Application for Membership in order to be considered for the Wilmot Farmers Market.    


  • Download the application and save it to your computer.
  • Make out the application or print and make out the application
  • Mail completed application with $15 non refundable application fee for new vendors ( made payable to Wilmot Farmers Market) 
  • Once the initial application process is completed  interested vendors should plan on the approval process taking several weeks.  The best advice is to submit  applications by the first of the month.  The  board plans to review new applications at the beginning of every month between March and the date the market becomes complete, or the beginning of the season, whichever is sooner. .  
  • The board will review the application .  For the upcoming summer market, this review occurs beginning in March of the year.  
  • Once accepted, the market fees must be paid within two weeks of notification.
